Information is used to send mobile app push notifications for automated welfare checks and reminders, supervisor alerts, operational notifications, and to manage guard accountability workflows. Nexeroa Sentinel may use records to show check-in status, missed responses, shift activity, supervisor visibility, and related reports.
Mobile App Push Notifications and SMS Communications
Guards receive in-app push notifications for scheduled check-ins and reminders. Certain optional or fallback workflows may use SMS messages for operational communications, supervisor alerts, emergency alerts, or security accountability workflows when configured. SMS message frequency varies based on company settings and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications when supported by the messaging workflow. Opting out may affect SMS-based fallback or optional operational messages to that mobile number, but normal guard check-in reminders are delivered through the Sentinel mobile app when push notifications are enabled.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information Sharing
Nexeroa uses information to operate the Sentinel platform and support customer-requested workflows. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to deliver the platform, such as hosting, messaging, or operational infrastructure providers. Nexeroa does not sell personal information.
