These Terms describe the intended use of Nexeroa Sentinel and related communications used for guard welfare checks, shift operations, and supervisor alerts.
Service Overview
Nexeroa Sentinel is a security operations platform that provides automated guard welfare checks through mobile app push notifications, supervisor escalation alerts, and operational monitoring tools for security companies and related organizations.
Mobile App Push Notifications and SMS Communications
Sentinel sends a push notification directly to the guard's mobile app when a check-in is due. Guards receive in-app push notifications for scheduled check-ins and reminders. Optional or fallback SMS communications may be used for certain operational messages, emergency alerts, or supervisor notifications when configured. Message frequency varies based on company settings, assigned duties, and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications when supported by the messaging workflow. Opting out may affect SMS-based fallback or optional operational messages, but normal guard check-in reminders are delivered through the Sentinel mobile app when push notifications are enabled.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate employee, guard, supervisor, site, shift, and contact information. Customers are also responsible for obtaining appropriate employee consent where required and for using Nexeroa Sentinel lawfully and in accordance with applicable employment, privacy, communications, and security regulations.
Operational Use
Nexeroa Sentinel is intended to support guard accountability and supervisor awareness. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own security policies, emergency response procedures, staffing decisions, and supervisory practices.
Limitations
Nexeroa is not responsible for push notification delivery delays, carrier delays, mobile network failures, device failures, incorrect contact information, unavailable wireless service, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Push notification delivery, SMS delivery where configured, and call completion may depend on mobile carriers, user devices, app permissions, and network availability.
